Dock Transition Plate
Dock Leveler Transition Plates are used to ensure a smooth transition between truck and dock, so that pallet jacks and fork lifts can easily and safely load materials onto trucks.
Ramp Transition Plates are typically constructed out of diamond plate (checker plate) steel material, which provides superior traction while also helping to prevent slips and fall accidents.
Dock Leveler Transition Plates make loading and unloading materials in the dock bay easier and safer by providing a smooth transition from the trailer bed to the dock surface. They bridge the gap from the edge of a loading area to a truck or ramp. Unlike dockboard, EOD’s are fixed to the loading dock.
Transition Plates are made with diamond plate steel. They typically contain a 12 degree bend and a beveled edge and are completely customizable to your specifications. Counter sunk holes are optional.
